JVC Broadcasting has promoted Scott Mallory to Operations Manager for its Fort Walton Beach FL cluster.

Mallory has hosted afternoons at Country “Highway 98.1” WHWY since 2021 after a previous run as APD/morning co-host from 2014-2019. He has also worked in Dayton OH with time in multiple dayparts at 103.9 WXEG and then mornings at 92.9 WGTZ. The company said, ““Scott has proven himself time and time again. He has naturally grown into this role through his leadership, work ethic, and day-to-day execution. This promotion is a well-earned reflection of the work he’s already been doing and the respect he’s earned from the entire team.”

JVC has also added Brad Miller as Production and Promotions Lead. JVC says that Miller “brings more than 25 years of radio experience, with a deep background in programming, production, imaging, and promotions. His extensive industry knowledge and creative expertise will play a key role in elevating the cluster’s sound, brand presence, and promotional strategy.” A statement added, “We’re thrilled to have Brad’s experience and knowledge in the building. His track record and passion for radio make him a tremendous asset to our team and the brands we serve.”
