KSLX Phoenix and Compass Media Networks’ Dave & Mahoney Morning Show has added their former Program Director Ross ‘Bossy Rossy’ Mahoney to their show in the self-given title of Regional Vice President of Executive Production and Programming.

Ross Mahoney programmed Dave Farra and Jason Mahoney at KXTE Las Vegas from 2016 until the station’s sale to Beasley in 2022. Mahoney spent fifteen years at “103.1 The Buzz” WPBZ West Palm Beach from 1996 to 2011 rising from a part-time host to APD/MD/Afternoon host. After a stint programming “Modern Rock 98.7” WRMR Wilmington NC, he joined KXTE in 2016 as PD/afternoon host until being cut in September 2020 He then returned to Audacy as Regional Vice President of Alternative Programming overseeing KXTE, WQMP Orlando, WSFS Miami, KBZT San Diego and KRBZ Kansas City from July 2022 until July 2024.
