Family Life Radio has announced the addition of Brenda Price as its new afternoon host as Sam Kelly will move to middays following the passing of Shannyn Caldwell in January.
Price will join FLR on July 13 after leaving radio in 2024 to go back to school. She previously has held roles including middays on “Air 1” from 2012-15 and “Star 99.1” WAWZ Zarepath NJ from 2018 to 2022 as well as Christian FM Media Group. Price also has held as the newscaster for the syndicated “Lex & Terry” morning show and “100.3 Jack-FM” KJKK Dallas and morning co-host at KUSJ Killeen TX and WKRO Daytona Beach.
Price commented, “After a season of serving, growing, and earning a college degree, I’m excited to be returning to Christian radio with Family Life Radio. I love sharing Jesus! That’s my superpower. I love talking about how God shows up in everyday life, and I can’t wait to encourage listeners and remind them that no matter what they’re facing, there is always hope in Jesus.”
