W300EI, which operates with 99w/203m from the southern tip of Manhattan, will rebroadcast 1560 WFME New York boosting the network’s FM coverage in the city in conjunction with 92.7 WFME-FM Garden City.

Chris Devine’s Sky Media LLC sells 101.1 KPKK Amargosa Valley NV to William Lynett and Kevin Fitzgerald’s WRL LLC for $21,684. Lynett controls 25% of the voting stock in Shamrock Communications which owns in pending Las Vegas rimshot 106.1 KRZQ Amargosa Valley, while Fitzgerald owns a few other signals across the Nevada desert.
Gois Broadcasting sells 1230 WNEZ/105.3 W287CS Manchester/Hartford CT to Mable Duncan’s Island Mango Radio LLC for $110,000. The company name conveniently matches the “Island Mango Radio” Carribean format currently heard on the station. Gois recently sold 910 WLAT in the market leaving it with silent 1480 WKND Windsor in the Hartfod market.
Openskyradio Corp. sells 91.5 KVYA Cedarville CA to Richard J Dalton’s Audio Sanctuary Inc. for $15,000. KVYA currently operates as part of the seller’s Freeform “Jive Radio” network. Dalton owns Ambient Music/Local History “Nevada.FM” 103.9 KNTC Tonopah NV
