“The KiddChris Show” has come to an end at iHeartMedia Rock 102.7 WEBN Cincinnati after a fourteen year run in the market.
‘Kidd Chris’ Foley had joined WEBN in 2012 after a brief stint hosting mornings for the company at Rock “Project 9-6-1” WKLS Atlanta until that format was eliminated. He began his career as a producer at WKRL Syracuse and later hosted nights at KICT and KDGS Wichita where he would then host mornings there and at KANR before moving to mornings at KSFM Sacramento. After a stint in nights at KXOA Sacramento and a brief hiatus from radio, Foley hosted mornings at KSRX San Antonio before joining WYSP Philadelphia as afternoon host during its Hot Talk run. He would then be syndicated to WRKZ Pittsburgh and move to mornings at WYSP until being fired over a racist parody song. He would later host mornings at KUFO Portland before joining WKLS.

Let’s just get right to it. June 24, 2026, was my last day on WEBN.
I’ve said it before, and anyone who knows this business knows it too: this is radio. It’s a business, and cutbacks are part of it. Is it a bummer? Yeah. It absolutely is.
But more than anything, I want to say THANK YOU!
If you ever listened to my voice, called the show, sent a message, came out to an event, or just gave me a few minutes of your life during my time here in Cincinnati, thank you. Thank you. Thank you.
Almost 14 years. Damn.
That is about 12 and a half years longer than I thought I would last, and probably longer than a lot of other people thought too. But somehow, Cincinnati let me stick around…I will never take that for granted.
I also want to thank iHeartMedia. They hired me when I had been out of work for two years and didn’t know what was next. They took a chance on me, and because of that chance, they gave me and my family an incredible life. Behind the scenes, especially here locally, they were there for me during some really tough personal times. I will never forget that.
And if you listened to me, you already know I don’t forget things. Like when Jill from high school cheated on me with fat Rob dude.
Anyways…
Cincinnati is my home. I obviously hope to get back on the radio here at some point, but my daughters, Grace and Addie, are my #1 priority. It means more to me to have them grow up in their hometown than to have them follow me around the country so I can be “KIDDCHRIS.”
Fuck that. Chris Foley will stock shelves if i need to.
You know I love messing around on social media, so follow me @KiddChris on everything.
And for my listeners in Philly, Jersey, Delaware, New York, and everywhere else from back in the day, starting August 1st, I’ll begin putting the old talk shows up on KiddChris.com. I’ll have more details on that soon.
This isn’t the end.
Maybe I’ll be coming at you in a different way. Maybe something new is around the corner. Who knows?
But for now, I just want to say thank you.
For listening.
For sticking with me.
For letting me be part of your mornings, your drives, your workdays, and your life.
Chris
Co-host Sara Elyse remains with WEBN and was heard hosting a music intensive show in the daypart the past two days.
