Skyview Networks has announced the promotion of three executives and two new additions to its organization.
President/CEO/Chairman Steve Jones said, “As part of our ongoing efforts to accelerate Skyview Networks’ growth, I am pleased to share several organizational changes designed to sharpen strategy, improve alignment and increase efficiency across the company. These changes create clearer, more focused leadership around the priorities that matter most, and I’m confident they will help us move quickly, enhance innovation and stay at the leading edge of a changing media landscape as we build toward the future.”
Andrew Kalb rises from EVP/Strategic Business Operations to Chief Operating Officer. Jones said, “Andrew Kalb has been a key driver of our revenue growth and portfolio expansion, and his responsibilities have grown significantly across departments over his tenure. His new title and oversight reflect the leadership role he plays across the organization, a change intended to strengthen coordination and execution across our operational functions.”
Clayton Nix rises from EVP/Finance to Chief Financial Officer. Jones said, “Clayton has become an instrumental member of the executive team in guiding the company’s financial direction, and this title reflects both his growing responsibilities and his impact in shaping our strategic decisions, enhancing partner service and delivering industry insight through reporting and analytics.”
Ethan Aragon rises from Senior Executive Director of Insights to Senior Executive Director of Business Strategy. “Ethan will move beyond traditional reporting and analytics responsibilities to become a partner to Business Development, Finance and Executive Leadership. His focus will be identifying, evaluating and prioritizing revenue opportunities across our portfolio, while ensuring key decisions are supported by strong data and financial analysis. This is an important evolution of Ethan’s role and reflects our belief that analytics should drive action, not simply report results.”
Joining Skyview as Chief Transformation Officer is former Audacy Chief Information & Technology Officer Sarah Foss. Jones said, “I am pleased to announce that Sarah Foss will be moving into the role of Chief Transformation Officer to help accelerate Skyview’s evolution. She will work closely with executive leadership to drive key initiatives across the company and ensure disciplined execution. Technology has always been central to our strategy, and in this elevated role, Sarah will help strengthen the connection between our technology roadmap and our broader business transformation efforts.”
Nicholaus Tzineff joins as Revenue Anaylytics Strategist. He spent the past fourteen years at ESPN as Director of Audio Research and previously held roles at Premiere Networks and Westwood One. Jones said, “To support this effort, we are also enthused to welcome Nicholaus Tzineff to Skyview Networks. Nicholaus is a highly accomplished sales and research executive with more than a decade of leadership experience at ESPN. He will work at the intersection of research, finance and sales, while helping guide our broader revenue strategy as we pursue new growth opportunities.”
