SiriusXM To Carry Audacy News & Sports Stations

Lance Ventaby Lance Venta
July 21, 2026

SiriusXM AudacyFor the first time since iHeartMedia’s 102.7 KIIS-FM Los Angeles left the platform in 2022, terrestrial radio stations will be available to SiriusXM subscribers.

Audacy’s 23 Sports stations will debut on SiriusXM’s platform on September 1, with nineteen News and Talk stations to follow later this year. Nine Sports stations will be available to satellite subscribers: WFAN New York, WSCR Chicago, KRLD-FM Dallas, KGMZ San Francisco, WIP Philadelphia, WEEI Boston, WXYT-FM Detroit, KDKA-FM Pittsburgh, and WKRK-FM Cleveland. The remainder will be made available on the SiriusXM app and in vehicles with the service’s 360L platform.

Audacy says, “The partnership underscores the continued power of trusted local audio, bringing Audacy’s market-leading sports, news and talk brands to SiriusXM’s more than 30 million subscribers and creating new opportunities to reach audiences wherever they listen.”

The Athletic reports that SiriusXM will pay Audacy a licensing fee and will be able to insert their own advertising into stopsets. It also expects that personalities from each other’s stations will likely cross-over from cross-promotional opportunities.

SiriusXM President/Chief Content Officer Scott Greenstein said, “SiriusXM is the essential audio home for sports fans, offering access to every team and game alongside an unmatched lineup of national sports talk, expert analysis, and the biggest voices in sports. We also recognize the unique role local personalities play in connecting fans with their teams every day. By adding Audacy’s extensive lineup of sports stations, we’re making those trusted hometown voices available to fans wherever they are across North America. Together, we’re delivering an even more complete audio experience – bringing live games, premier national sports talk, and hometown conversations together in one place.”

Audacy President/CEO Kelli Turner commented, “Audacy’s sports brands are deeply connected to the cities, teams and fan communities they serve, and being able to extend our reach nationally through SiriusXM is a natural fit. We look forward to working together with SiriusXM to bring our outstanding talent and content to sports fans and news and talk listeners wherever they are, providing our audiences with more ways to stay connected to the conversations that matter most to them.”

In addition to the nine listed above, the following stations will be added to the SiriusXM app and 360L:

Sports: KNX-FM Los Angeles, KILT Houston, WJFK and WTEM Washington DC, WZGC Atlanta, WQAM Miami, KWFN San Diego, WJZ-FM Baltimore, KRSK Portland, KIFM Sacramento, KFNZ Kansas City, WSSP Milwaukee, WMFS Memphis, and WGR Buffalo.

News and Talk: WINS New York, KNX Los Angeles, WBBM Chicago, KCBS San Francisco, KRLD Dallas, KYW and WPHT Philadelphia, WWJ Detroit, WAOK Atlanta, WCCO Minneapolis, KMOX St. Louis, KDKA Pittsburgh, KMBZ-FM Kansas City, WWL New Orleans, WTIC Hartford, WBEN Buffalo, WRVA Richmond, WYRD-FM Greenville SC, and WILK Wilkes-Barre.
