First Baptist Church of Hemet donates Christian AC “102.5 The Vine” KGGN Hemet CA to The Vine Media Network. As part of the donation, KGGN will make available to the church one “Power Package” of 40 thirty second announcements on Monday through Friday between 6am and 7pm and eight additional ones Monday through Saturday between 6am and 12am per month as well as one thirty minute Sunday morning program between 8am and 12pm for the first 24 months after closing, while producing the 30 second announcements at no charge. In years three and four, the donor will be provided six additional “Power Packages” per year and continue offering the Sunday morning slot if an unpaid slot remains “as a gesture of grace and honor.”
Richard Yoon’s WIN Radio Broadcasting sells “Radio Autentica” 950 WCTN Potomac-Cabin John MD/Washington DC and 94.3 W232DE Potomac to William Tucker Jr’s WOOK Radio DC for $800,000. The buyer also owns 1260 KBSZ Apache Junction AZ.
Benne Broadcasting is converting its LMA of Oldies 1450 KOKO/92.1 K221GY and Country “98.5 The Bar” KWKJ Warrensburg MO from D&H Media LLC into a purchase. Benne will pay $641,214.54 with $138,668.64 to be subtracted from previously made LMA payments. The buyer began operating the stations in August 2024.
Sale Withdrawals
New Century Broadcasting has withdrawn its $75,000 sale of Silent 1340 KAND/104.9 K285HC Corsicana TX to Hector Guevara Ministry Corp. The station had been sold in Feburary 2025 following the station going silent in November 2024 due to revenue issues, personal hardships, and lack of local staff to run it. Outside of one week in November 2025, the station has been silent since.
