Cumulus Media has shut off “920 The Sports Animal” KARN Little Rock AR.
In an STA filing with the FCC, Cumulus notes that they requested silent authority as discussions about whether to change the format of KARN or sell the station transpire.
KARN’s lineup featured Cumulus’ Westwood One Sports Network programming around the clock with the exception of Fox Sports Radio’s Dan Patrick Show from 8am to 11am. The station was one of three Sports stations in the market along with Signal Broadcasting’s combo of “103.7 The Buzz” KABZ and “106.7 The Buzz 2” KBZU.
