Ohana Media Group has announced the promotion of Cat Okegawa to VP/General Manager of the company’s seven stations in Anchorage AK.

Okegawa has been with Ohana since March 2024 first as an Account Executive before rising to Local Sales Manager four months later. She previously held a sales role at New Northwest Broadcasters from 2007 to 2010 along with sales roles in other industries.

She commented, “I am incredibly honored to take the helm of Ohana Media Group Alaska during such a dynamic me for broadcast media. By bridging gaps and breaking down departmental silos, we can better align our teams, maximize our resources, and build on the strengths of our staff. Our focus will remain fiercely local, live, and results driven. I’m excited for what we will accomplish together.”
