After two years at Saga Communications’ “96.5 Live Free Country” WMLL Bedford/Manchester NH, Christian Lacoss will exit the station following his show tonight.

Lacoss joined WMLL in March 2024 and has hosted nights since the start of 2025 and also held a digital sales role with the company.

He shared on Instagram, “Thank you to everyone who made me part of their nightly routine. Thank you for letting me into your lives, listening to my ridiculous stories, laughing with me, and supporting me for the past two years. At 24 years old, I walked into this radio station with an attitude problem, a little bit of an ego, and absolutely no idea how much this place was going to change my life. Two years ago, I emailed this guy named Mike who ran the radio station. I bugged him for two months, emailing him about every two weeks asking for an opportunity. Finally, this woman named Laura Stelchook agreed to interview me for a position. Little did any of us know that interview would turn into two of the best years of my life and friendships that would teach me so much about life and about myself. I grew up here. I made mistakes here. I learned here. I laughed here. I got to experience things I never thought I would, meet incredible people, and somehow got lucky enough to turn on a microphone every night and talk to all of you. I’m leaving this place a very different person than the 24-year-old kid who walked through those doors. There’s really no way to fit the last two years into an Instagram caption. I’m just grateful I got to live them. Thank you, Mike. Thank you, Laura. Thank you to everyone at 96.5 Live Free Country. And most importantly, thank you to every single person who ever tuned in.
