Update 9/11: Another day, another Fargo format change.

After stunting with non-stop Taylor Swift music, 92.7 KZDR debuted its permanent format as Classic Hits “92.7 The Drive“. Core artists being promoted include Fleetwood Mac, Bob Seger, Elton John, Billy Joel, The Beatles, and Rolling Stones.

Despite no web presence of its own, the new station is being promoted on the website of James Ingstad’s “True Oldies 1660” KQWB. Northpine.com points out that James Ingstad is the uncle of Robert Ingstad and his previous group operated the station under its former “Bone” incarnation.

Original Report 9/6: After going dark in March, Robert Ingstad’s Mediactive LLC’s 92.7 KFNL Kindred/Fargo has returned to the air.

The station is now sporting new KZDR call letters and stunting with non-stop Taylor Swift music as “Taylor 92.7“. Before going dark, the station sported an Active Rock format as “92.7 The Bone” operated by James Ingstad’s Radio Fargo-Moorhead.
