John Dowdy’s Coast Radio Group has launched AC “Sunny 97.7” KDLC Dulac/Houma, LA.
Launching with 10,000 songs commercial-free, the station is being operated by Southeastern Broadcasting, which is owned by Dowdy and his brother Charles Dowdy. The company also operates Classic Country “Gumbo 94.9” WGUO Reserve in the Houma market.
Dowdy acquired the CP for KDLC from Alex Media in August 2013 for $440,000.
