TSJ Radio is converting its LMA of Spanish CHR “Mega 97.7” WOXY Mason/Cincinnati to a purchase. TSJ will pay Queen Cities Broadcasting $900,000 for the station.

D&K Distributors, Inc. acquires Classic Hits “Hot Rod Radio” 99.7 KXDL Browerville and Country 1400 KEYL Long Prairie, MN from Prairie Broadcasting Company for the assumption of $123,058.32 in debt.
Olin Dan Bohanon is selling Southern Gospel 1340 WLSG Wilmington, NC and the rights to program 94.1 W231CL Wilmington to Ashley Moseley and Harry Brown’s B&M Broadcasting for $60,000. B&M owns Oldies “Freedom 1120” WSME Camp Lejune/97.1 W246CJ Jacksonville, NC.
Inner Banks Media purchases 97.9 W250CJ Winterville/Greenville, NC from Conner Media for $80,000. Inner Banks will utilize the translator to rebroadcast a subchannel of 94.3 WRHD Farmville.
Conner Media also sells 100.5 W263CP Hickory, NC to Eastern Airwaves for $80,000. W263CP holds a CP to relocate to Lenoir where it will rebroadcast Foothills Radio Group’s News/Talk 1340 WJRI Lenoir. Both Foothlls Radio Group and Eastern Airwaves share common ownership of Curtis Media.
Cenla Broadcasting purchases 101.3 K267AN Alexandria, LA from Bible Broadcasting Network for $80,000. Cenla will utilize K267AN to rebroadcast 93.1 KQID-FM Alexandria.
Richard L Garcia Broadcasting buys 93.7 K229AL Questa, NM from Calvary Albuquerque for $15,000. Garcia will rebroadcast his 92.9 KYBR Espanola on the translator.
Clark Parrish is transferring multiple translators between two of his three controlled groups. World Radio Link sends 96.3 W242BB Medford WI, 99.1 W256BE Lancaster WI, 96.5 W243BH Muskegon MI, and 91.7 W219DG South Haven MI to Edgewater Broadasting as part of a deal from November in which also included 102.3 WSIZ-FM Jacksonville, GA for $350,000.
Finally in a deal yet to be filed with the FCC, The estate of Donald Moore’s Northeast Indiana Broadcasting is selling Classic Hits “The Hawk” 1140 WAWK/95.5 W238BH Kendallville, IN to Richard Harts’ Noble Broadcasting for $250,000. Harts has worked at the station since 1999. The sale was brokered by Ray H. Rosenblum.
