Evansville’s Wolf Flips To Classic Country
Midwest Communications flipped Country “93.5 The Wolf” WLFW Chandler/Evansville to Classic Country “93.5 Duke-FM” today.
The new 80s/90s based Country format becomes the third Duke-FM in Midwest’s portfolio following 2014 launches in Terre Haute and Appleton. The turnkey format is distributed by Envision Radio Networks and Kroeger Media.
In the Fall 2014 Nielsen Audio ratings WLFW’s 3.5 share distantly trailed Townsquare Media’s 99.5 WKDQ‘s 10.0 share.

However, over the last few years, superstars like Garth Brooks, Alan Jackson, Reba and Brooks & Dunn have been absent from the radio.
