Cumulus is continuing its rollout of Classic Hip-Hop as CHR “i104.3” W282BR/WXKC-HD2 is now “104.3 The Vibe“.
There’s nowhere for W282BR to go but up as the station registered a 0.0 share in the Fall 2014 Nielsen Audio ratings as one of three CHR’s in the market. Erie currently has no Urban or Urban AC stations making this an interesting example for the Classic Hip-Hop format’s drawing power.

A big chunk of the titles played on Vibe have never gotten airplay on a commercial station in the market. I could see a broad-based Urban station making a go of it on a translator in Erie, but a classic hip-hop station is an odd fit to say the least.
