Radio Cantico Neuvo is expanding is Spanish Christian programming to another signal in the New York City area. WVRM, Inc. sells Silent 103.9 WPDI Hazlet, NJ to Cantico Nuevo Ministry for $130,000. WPDI is a non-commercial Class D that previously was airing South Asian oriented programming. The Cantico Nuevo programming is also heard on co-owned 1440 WNYG Medford, NY and a few brokered stations: 740 WNYH Huntington NY, 1530 WJDM Elizabeth NJ, 101.5 W268AN Plainview NY, and 106.3 W292DV New York.
Family Broadcasting & Media is selling Silent 560 WCKL Catskill, NY to Bishop Tim Allen’s Ebony Media for as the contract states “ONE DOLLAR!!”. Scott Fybush has been tracking the travails of WCKL and owner Brian Dodge for years including one LPFM application that mentions Bishop Tim Allen. Stay tuned to see if this is yet another one of his shell games.
Stephens Media Group has added an additional signal in Tulsa with the purchase of Friendship Broadcasting’s Christian Talk 970 KCFO for $575,000. Stephens owns one other AM and four FM’s in the Tulsa market: AC “94.1 The Breeze” KTSO Glenpool, Sports “Sports Animal” 97.1 KYAL-FM Muskogee/1550 KYAL Sapulpa, Christian AC 100.9 KXOJ and Alternative “Z104.5 The Edge” KMYZ Tulsa.
J & J Radio Corporation is selling Country “Unforgettable Favorites 1440” KCHE and Classic Hits 92.1 KCHE-FM Cherokee, IA to Simon Fuller’s Better Broadcasting Incorporated for $1.35 million. The buyer is the son of J & J Radio co-owner Jeffrey Fuller.
Destiny Christian Center buys 88.7 KMKZ Red Feather Lakes, CO from 3G Learning Solutions for $5,000.

American Family Association is selling the CP for 103.1 W276CM Mansfield, OH to Saga Communications for $30,000. Saga will utilize the translator to rebroadcast their 92.7 WQEL Bucyrus, OH.
Clyde Education Broadcasting Foundation buys 92.1 W221AR Coshocton, OH from Raven Ridge Ministries for $5,000 to rebroadcast Christian “Clean Air 89.5” WHVY Coshocton.
Telebeeper of New Mexico acquires 95.9 K240EC Santa Fe, NM from William R. Sims for $20,000. K240EC will continue to rebroadcast Smooth Jazz “103.7 The Oasis” 1550 KOAZ Isleta/103.7 K279BP Albuquerque.
Midwest Communications purchases the CP for 101.5 W268BR Sheboygan, WI from Edgewater Broadcasting for $34,000. W268BR will rebroadcast Midwest News/Talk 1330 WHBL Sheboygan.
Alexandra Communications sells the CP for 106.1 K291BS Richland, WA to Ingstad Radio Washington for $80,000. Ingstad will rebroadcast a subchannel of 99.1 KUJ-FM Burbank.
Educational Media Foundation sells 98.7 K254AM Fort Smith, AR to G2 Media Group for $40,000. K254AM will rebroadcast G2’s Conservative Talk 1650 KYHN Fort Smith.
Cameron Broadcasting buys the CP for 94.1 K231CH Bullhead City, AZ from Horizon Christian Fellowship for $ . K231CH is already licensed to rebroadcast Cameron’s Talk 1490 KZZZ Bullhead City.
Lake Area Educational Broadcasting Foundation acquires the CP of 98.7 K254BU Marshall, MO from Full Smile, Inc. for $7500 to rebroadcast their Christian AC “Spirit FM” 91.7 KCVO-FM Camdenton.
