104.1 W281AW Petersburg has completed its upgrade from 6 to 250 watts and is now carrying the “iPower” programming via 99.3 WKJM-HD2 Petersburg (Coverage Map). WCDX currently ranks third in the Richmond market with a 6.3 share, but trails iHeartMedia Urban “106.5 The Beat” WBTJ. The addition of 104.1 W281AW could potentially help WCDX shrink the current 1.8 share deficit between the two stations.
