Community First Broadcasting is making programming changes to both of its recently acquired stations in Jackson MN/Spirit Lake IA.
Community First purchased Country 1190 KKOJ and Classic Hits 105.7 KRAQ Jackson from Kleven Broadcasting in October for $735,000. The company has announced that both station will swap formats on January 4.
105.7 KRAQ will become “Xtreme Country 105.7” KUXX. KKOJ will add a translator on 97.7 K249EO Sprit Lake IA and assume the Classic Hits format of KRAQ. Both stations will feature local news, farm information, and high school sports.
