Community First Broadcasting acquires Classic Hits 105.7 KRAQ Jackson MN, Country 1190 KKOJ Jackson and the CP for 97.7 K249EO Spirit Lake IA from Kleven Broadcasting for $735,000. Community First, which owns three stations in Iowa, began operating KRAQ/KKOJ via LMA on October 1.
Harinder Singh sells 50% of “Radio Punjab” 620 KIGS Hanford/Fresno, CA to Charanjit Batth for $400,000.
Edward Paul De La Hunt sells Silent 95.3 KKWZ Crary, ND to Lila Harstad’s Rugby Broadcasters for $80,000. Harstad owns Full Service Country 1450 KZZJ Rugby and is applying to move KKWZ to Rugby as well.
The Padner Group sells Carolina Beach/Oldies “Cool 105.3” WODR Fair Bluff, NC to Augusta Radio Fellowship for $350,000. The buyer operates the non-commercial Christian Preaching “Good News Network” network.
WCCW Radio is donating Oldies 107.9 WCZW Charlevoix, MI to Good News Media. Good News operates four stations in Cadillac and Traverse City, MI.
Dockins Communications purchases Rock “107.1 The Zone” KLMZ Leadwood, MO from Jackman Holding Company for $250,000. Dockins has been operating the station via Time Brokerage Agreement since December 2014.
Storm Front Communications purchases News/Talk 1250 WRKQ Madisonville, TN from Beverly Broadcasting for $44,000.

Educational Media Foundation acquires the CP for 92.1 K221FZ Soledad, CA from Broadcast Towers, Inc. for $7,000. K221FZ will rebroadcast an HD subchannel of iHeartMedia’s 100.7 KPRC-FM Salinas.
South Sound Broadcasting transfers 106.1 K291CD Centralia and the CP for 101.9 K270CG Sumner, WA to Sunnylands Broadcasting for $14,000.
Philip Hayes sells 96.7 W244BW Hazard, KY to Mountain Broadcasting Service for $43,000 to rebroadcast Silent 1390 WZQQ Hazard.
