Family Life Ministries acquires Classic Hits 92.1 WSEN-FM Baldwinsville/Syracuse and “Mix 106” 106.3 WMCR-FM Oneida NY from Leatherstocking Media Group for $2.5 million. As part of the deal Family Life also gains the right to move WSEN-FM to the tower of Talk 1390 WFBL Syracuse with right of first refusal to purchase WFBL and its tower site for $375,000 or the lesser offer price.
Riverfront Broadcasting is expanding into Keokuk IA with the purchase of AC “93.9 Easy Rock” WCEZ Carthage IL and Standards 1310 KOKX Keokuk for $100,000.

Holladay Broadcasting of Louisiana buys 99.1 K256CN Bastrop LA from Family Worship Center Church for $56,000 to rebroadcast one of their two Monroe LA AMs.
Four Corners Broadcasting purchases 96.7 K244ER Eagle, 103.7 K279BY Vail and 104.9 K285GK Dubuque CO from Cimmarron Communications. The sale contract was not attached to the FCC filing.
Potter Radio LLC acquires the CP for 104.1 K281BQ McPherson KS from Bott Radio’s Community Broadcasting for $15,000. K281BQ will rebroadcast Potter’s Sports 1500 KPGM Pawhuska OK.
