Such a brand would likely indicate a move more Rhythmic to take KVGQ closer to co-owned Hip Hop " Hot 97.5 " KVEG or in a gold position towards Entercom Classic Hip Hop " Q100.5 " KXQQ. KVGQ is currently one of three CHR's in Las Vegas albeit with a rimshot signal. The station had a mere 0.3 share in the August 2020 Nielsen Audio ratings. Following last week's report on the registrations of 1009Jamz.com , Jamz1009.com and RichmondJamz.com , SummitMedia has followed suit with additional domains for Variety Hits " 100.9 Jack-FM " WJSR Lakeside/Richmond VA. The new registrations were 1009NewCountry.com , NewCountry1009.com , 1009G.com , G1009.com , 1009TheDove.com , and 1009TheX.com . The New Country pair seem unlikely as SummitMedia owns Country " K95 " 95.3 WKHK. G would point to moving Classic Hip Hop from translator " G104.3 " W282CA to the 100.9 facility. The Dove would point to the station returning to Soft AC, a format it previously featured as " Easy 100.9 " from 2014-2016. The X branding would seem to point at a Rock format following Entercom's rebranding of " XL 102 " WRXL to " Alt 102.1 " last week. WRXL itself branded as " 102.1 The X " from 2002 to 2012.
