K-Love Inc. is trading 88.3 WLXK Boiling Springs NC/Spartanburg VA to Delmarva Educational Association for 89.1 WHAR Cheriton/Norfolk VA. The organizations have been operating the stations they will be acquiring since April 2024 under Network Affiliation Agreements with WLXK part of Delmarva’s Christian Preaching “Truth Network” and WHAR as Worship “Air 1“. K-Love will also pay Delmarva affiliate Roanoke-Vinton Radio Inc. a monthly fee for the loss of its tower lease for 90.7 WZLV. RVR will receive $1875 per month for the first year rising by 3% annually over a ten year period.
Christina Biegun’s Little Dog Media Group adds in West Palm Beach with the purchase of Haitian “Radio Azure” 1000 WJBW Jupiter/93.7 W229DG West Palm Beach from Jhonson Napoleon’s WJBW LLC for $275,000. A Time Brokerage Agreement took effect on May 15 as Little Dog adds it to their three translators in the market and pending purchase of 1420 WDJA Delray Beach.
Gois Broadcasting completes its sell-off of its Hartford CT properties with the sales of Silent 1480 WKND Windsor to David Webster’s Parthenon Holdings LLC for $15,000. Webster also owns the “Viva Radio” trimulcast of 840 WRYM New Britain/107.3 W297BT Hartford, 1240 WWCO/106.3 W292FI Waterbury, and 1550 WCUM/103.3 W277CP Bridgeport under Trignition Media and 50% of Oldies “Wow Radio” 1320 WATR/97.7 W249DY Waterbury. Gois retains its three AMs in Boston and Worcester MA.
