Glory Communications Gospel 95.3 WFMV South Congaree/Columbia SC seeks to increase the antenna height on the tower it holds a CP to build from 80m to 93.7m, while retaining its proposed 6kW power. Along with Fitzgerald & Hawras Partnership and Sound Communications' Coordinated Modification Agreement in which Fitzgerald & Hawras’ Oldies “ Cool 96 ” 96.1 WPHD South Waverly PA and Sound AC “ Magic 92.7 ” WENY-FM Elmira NY will exchange licenses but continue programming on their current frequencies, have filed modifications that would see the two stations swap frequency locations before then exchanging licenses to keep the current programming and ownership on the existing frequency. 96.1 WPHD applies to move to 92.7 operating with WENY-FM's current 1.25kW/221m facilities and 92.7 WENY-FM applies to move to 96.1 with WPHD's existing 1.8kW/186.7m facilities. The two stations will then exchange call letters and owners so that Sound ends up with 92.7 WENY-FM licensed to South Waverly PA and Fitzgerald & Hawras Partnership owning 96.1 WPHD Elmira NY. Our Lady of Guadalupe Radio Catholic 89.9 WRRO Edon OH seeks to increase to a direction 15kW/96m . AM Changes After its Pittman Broadcasting Services’ previous application to upgrade 1110 WOMN Franklinton LA from 1kW day to 50kW day/5kW critical hours on 1100 was dismissed as the critical hours contour covered 0% of Franklinton, the station has resubmitted the application with the critical hours power increased to 14kW. After its previous CP expired, Jim Lawson Communications reapplies to relocate Urban AC " Mix 107.3 " 1280 WMXB Tuscaloosa AL to a new location. Unlike the last CP which specified 5kW day/35w nights, WMXB now only seeks 1kW day/35w nights. Ed Stolz' Major Market Radio's Construction Permit to relocate 95.5 K238AK Palm Desert CA to 104.7 in Las Vegas NV has been rescinded and dismissed following interference complaints by Summit American Inc. Radio 74 Internationale requests dismissal of its application to move 100.5 K263AP Mandan ND to 100.3. Translator Changes Due to the filing freeze no translator modification applications were filed this week.
