Corus Radio Hot AC “Fresh Radio @ 99.1” CJGV Winnipeg used the end of its Christmas Music run to flip to AC “Peggy @ 99.1“.

Launching at 5pm on Christmas Day, the new Peggy is branding as “Feel Good Winnipeg” with a playlist evenly split between recurrents and 80s gold. The station describes itself as “Peggy is an upbeat 80’s pop and current adult contemporary station that has all the hits that Winnipeggers want to hear. Peggy’s unique new format aims to reflect the positive, energetic and fun vibe of Winnipeg while giving listeners the music they want.”
