Scott Anderson’s Jackson Hole Radio is acquiring Rich Broadcasting’s four stations in Jackson Hole WY from the group’s bankruptcy trustee for $550,000. Anderson began operating the stations on September 30 via LMA. Involved in the deal are: Regional Mexican “La Nueva” 1340 KSGT/96.3 K242BU Jackson, Country 93.5 KJAX Jackson/104.1 K281BH Driggs ID, Classic Rock “KZ95.3” KZJH Jackson/95.7 K239AU Driggs/100.9 K265DA Jackson, and AAA 96.9 KMTN Jackson.

Roger Lonnquist’s Northwest Capital Corporation is buying 1230 KJJC Murray/Salt Lake City and the CP for 99.9 K260DR Bluffdale UT from Vic Michael’s Kona Coast Radio for $90,000. Lonnquist began operating KJJC on June 1 as Conservative Talk “1230 The Place“. Lonnquist’s KJJC Media operates the KJJC-TV network on LPTVs in Billings, Great Falls and Helena MT and the “Your Network of Praise” Christian radio network on stations in Idaho, Montana, North Dakota, Utah and Wyoming.

Catholic operator JMJ Radio is acquiring Christian “91.9 The Compass” WMMH Houtzdale/Altoona PA from Cedar Ridge Children’s Home & School for $120,000. JMJ owns three stations covering the Scranton/Wilkes-Barre market.

First Baptist Church of Castor is donating 98.5 KRGL Ringgold LA to Houston Christian Broadcasters for no consideration.
