Inner Banks Media’s “Oldies 94.1/102.7” WNBU Oriental/New Bern and 102.7 W274CK Winterville/Greenville NC will make a much earlier than usual move to Christmas music this year.

WNBU will go all-Christmas on Sunday, November 1 after waiting until Thanksgiving weekend in past years. The station brands its holiday programming as “Christmas Night & Day”.

Program Director Dylan McKay said, “Christmas music has a special way of bringing people together, and let’s face it, everyone could certainly use a little more joy right now. There’s something about hearing those familiar Christmas songs that brings back memories, puts a smile on your face, and makes the world feel just a little brighter. We figured, why wait? Starting November 1, we’re turning up the Christmas spirit across Eastern North Carolina!”
