Sunrise Resets Its Hudson Valley Changes

Fox Oldies 1220 ESPN 97.3 95.7 94.1 WGNY Middletown Newburgh Poughkeepsie Hudson Valley 103.1 WJGK 98.9 WGNY-FMUpdate 3/21: One month after a cluster-wide morning show shuffle, Sunrise Broadcasting has set everything back to the way it was.

Bob & Lori have returned from a month on “Fox Oldies 98.9” WGNY-FM Rosendale to move back to AC “Fox 103.1” WJGK Newburgh. That allows Van Ritshie to go back to mornings from middays at WGNY-FM, while D-Rock moves from mornings at WJGK to nights at Dance “Drive FX“.

1220 WGNY Newburgh/97.3 W247AW Poughkeepsie has also returned to ESPN Radio after flipping to a simulcast of WGNY-FM last month. They will be joined in ESPN programming by 94.1 W231BP Chester/Middletown and 95.7 W239BL Poughkeepsie. The duo of translators had been the analog signals for Dance “Drive FX“, which will now be heard exclusively on 98.9 WJGK-HD3.

Original Report 3/14: As it was approaching its first anniversary as an ESPN Radio affiliate, Sunrise Broadcasting’s 1220 WGNY Newburgh/97.3 W247AW Poughkeepsie will return to Oldies on Monday, March 17.

The move will coincide with a cluster-wide morning show shuffle taking place. Bob and Lori will slide from AC “Fox 103.1” WJGK Newburgh to 1220 and “Fox Oldies 98.9” WGNY-FM Rosendale. Current WGNY-FM morning host Van Ritshie will move to middays. D-Rock and Kelly G, currently hosting mornings on Dance “DriveFX 94.1/95.7” W231BP Chester/W239BL Poughkeepsie will be heard on both that station and 103.1 WJGK in mornings.
