Alpha Media has agreed to purchase three translators in the San Antonio market for a combined $1,452,500.

For $412,500, Alpha acquires 94.7 K234CI Marion, TX from Frank McCoy. K234CI holds a CP to relocate to San Antonio with 250 watts at 126 meters (Coverage Map). Alpha intends on changing the originating station from Salem’s 630 KSLR to their Sports “ESPN 1250” KZDC.

For $430,000, Alpha will purchase the CP of 103.3 K277CX Terrell Wells, TX from San Antonio Radioworks. Currently licensed with 185 watts at 178 meters (Coverage Map), Alpha intends to change the originating station from 1480 KCHL to CHR 94.1 KTFM.

$610,000 brings 107.1 K296GK Pleasanton, TX from Wildcatter Wireless. K296GK holds a CP to relocate to San Antonio with 250 watts at 178 meters (Coverage Map). Alpha will utilize the translator to rebroadcast News/Talk 550 KTSA.
