105.9 KLAZ Hot Springs Noalmark US StationsCentral Arkansas Radio Group and US Stations are swapping stations in Hot Springs AR. Central Arkansas Radio Group will receive Classic Rock “101.9 The Rocket” KLXQ Mountain Pine, Classic Country “104.5 The Bull” KLBL Pearcy and $1.6 million, while US Stations adds Rock 101.5 KHRK Malvern, CHR 105.9 KLAZ Hot Springs and Southern Gospel 1420 KBHS/105.5 K288FP Hot Springs.

Hooten Broadcasting sells AC “92.7 The Skunk” KUNK Mendocino/Fort Bragg to Rubin Broadcasting for $275,000. Rubin began operating KUNK via Time Brokerage Agreement on August 1.

Holsten Valley Broadcasting Corporation sells Classic Hits “KZ 101” 1010 WUKZ Marion/101.1 W266BM Rural Retreat and Country “FM 94” 93.9 WMEV-FM Marion VA to Bristol Broadcasting for $1.75 million.

Sonoma Valley Community Communications acquires Community 91.3 KSVY Sonoma CA and the contract to operate Comcast Channel 27 in the market from Commonbond Foundation for $1.
