Nearly three years after selling CHR “U93” 92.9 WNDV-FM South Bend, “Rock 97.7” WYXX Goshen, and 1980s Hits 102.3 WYET New Carlisle IN to Sound Management LLC, Artistic Media Partners is reacquiring the three stations for $3.4 million. Sound Management had paid $3.5 million for the stations in October 2014, but the owners of that company also make up the management and part of the ownership of Artistic. The deal reunites the three FMs with Standards 1620 WDND South Bend and two FMs in Bloomington IN.
The estate of Joel Kinlow sells Silent 101.5 KAVH Eudora AR to Larry Fuss’ Contemporary Communications for $75,000. Contemporary owns Country “Kix 92.7” WMYQ Moorhead MS and Fuss is a partner in Delta Radio Network which owns six stations across the Mississippi River from KAVH.
One of Fuss’ partners in Delta Radio Network, John Allen and his wife Lynn are also adding to their portfolio. The Allen’s will purchase 98.3 WDFX Cleveland MS from American Family Association for $150,000. WDFX shares a tower site with Delta’s Country “Kix 92.1” WKXY Merigold.
A third station formerly connected to Delta Radio Network is also sold as Mondy-Burke Broadcasting sells Gospel 104.7 WJIW Greenville MS to Educational Media Foundation for $500,000. WJIW had been operated by Delta Radio Network as Urban “104.7 The Beat” WIBT until the end of 2016.
As part of a divorce settlement, Brooks Brewer will receive Theresa Brewer’s 50% stake in Classic Rock “1240 The Brew” KOKL Okmulgee OK giving him 100% ownership of the station.

Nevada County Broadcasters sells 105.7 K289BM Grass Valley CA to Nevada City Community Broadcast Group for $15,000 to rebroadcast their 89.5 KVMR Nevada City.
