Flood Communications has flipped News/Classic Hits “94.7 News Channel Nebraska” KNEN Norfolk NE back to its previous “94 Rock” identity.

Brandishing a Classic Rock format this time around as opposed to the Mainstream Rock format it featured until its demise in 2015, the station relaunched at 3pm Monday
after nine hours of stunting with a loop of REO Speedwagon’s “Roll With The Changes”.

Austen Hagood will serve as Program Director/Afternoon host, with Andrew Wolff as APD/Morning host. In a press release on the station’s site, Hagood describes the station as “The New 94 Rock is rock and roll that everybody loves; based in the 80s, gonna have some 70s, gonna have some 90s, gonna have some early 2000s as well.”
