Former “Energy 97.3” KEGY San Diego morning host Sean ‘Sonic’ Leckie is staying with Entercom as he joins Classic Hip-Hop “104.3 Jams” WBMX Chicago for afternoons.
Leckie has been hosting overnights on Alternative “Alt 94.9” KBZT San Diego since the demise of KEGY in March. He served as Music Director and afternoon and morning host during his tenure with KEGY and also has hosted afternoons at “Power 96.1” WWPW Atlanta and morning show producer and night host for “Channel 93.3” KHTS San Diego.
Entercom, the #1 creator of live, original, local audio content in the United States, today announced the appointment of Sean “Sonic” Leckie as the new host for the afternoon drive show on 104.3 Jams (WBMX-FM) in Chicago. The new show will air weekdays from 2:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. CT beginning Thursday, May 10.
