Clarion County Broadcasting Corp. sells “Fox Sports 1120” WKQW, AC 96.3 WKQW-FM, and the CP for 104.1 W281CA Oil City PA to Robert Lowe’s Twilight Broadcasting for $265,000. The buyer began operating the station via Time Brokerage Agreement on November 1.
Translator Sales
After acquiring Spanish CHR “La Calle 97.9” K250BA New Orleans LA in February for $500,000, Elmer Eduardo Orozco’s ACE Broadcasting is transferring the translator to Douglas Omar Romero’s FC New Orleans Inc. for the same amount. The translator will continue to rebroadcast iHeartMedia’s 104.1 KVDU-HD3 Houma.
Broadcast Communications will purchase 102.1 W271CW Pittsburgh PA from Edgewater Broadcasting for $33,626. Broadcast Communications has already been operating the translator rebroadcasting their Oldies/Talk 620 WKHB Irwin.
NIA Broadcasting is acquiring the Construction Permit for 101.9 W270DU Tampa FL from Genesis Communications for $75,000. W270DU will rebroadcast Regional Mexican 1470 WMGG Egypt Lake, which NIA bought from the seller earlier this year for $350,000.
