Former “106.5 The Arch” WARH St. Louis morning host Spencer Graves is heading to Atlanta to join iHeartMedia Country “94.9 The Bull” WUBL in mornings alongside Kristen Gates.
Graves led “Spencer’s Neighboorhood” at WARH from 2015 until his exit last November. He previously hosted nights and mornings at Delmarva Broadcasting CHR 93.7 WSTW Wilmington DE. With the addition of Graves, Jason Pullman has exited after a decade in mornings at WUBL.
At Cumulus Country “Kicks 101.5” WKHX Atlanta, the Atlanta Journal-Constitution reports that midday host Dallas McCade and afternoon host Scott Gaines have swapped timeslots.
RadioInfo.com.au reports that Dustin Skipworth is leaving Mereulo Media Rhythmic CHR “Power 106” KPWR Los Angeles to become Assistant Program Director at “hit92.9” in his native Perth, Australia. Skipworth served as producer and co-host of Justin Credible’s evening show at KPWR.
Cathe Barlow has exited the Program Director/midday host position at Cumulus Urban AC 104.1 WDLT Saraland/Mobile AL in a budget cut. EJ Grieg, Program Director/middayer at Urban 92.9 WBLX Mobile will add the programming duties for WDLT.
Bobby Smith, Program Director of Entercom CHR “96.5 TDY” WTDY-FM and Classic Hits 98.1 WOGL Philadelphia, is now hosting middays at WOGL. Smith fills the opening created by Harvey Holiday’s retirement in December. He had been hosting mornings at WTDY-FM until the addition of Coop & Casey in November.
Kevin King is exiting the Program Director position at SummitMedia’s “Q100.3” WCYQ Knoxville TN to return to ADX Communications’ “Cat Country 98.7” WYCT Pensacola FL as Operations Manager/midday host. King helped launch WYCT as Program Director in 2003 and worked there until moving to Knoxville in September 2014.
