Original Report 4/12: Lilly Broadcasting, owners of television stations in Elmira NY, Erie PA, Honolulu, Marquette MI, and the Caribbean, is entering radio with the purchase of three stations in Warren PA from Frank Iorio’s Radio Partners LLC.
Lilly will acquire Classic Hits “92 Gold” 92.3 WRRN Warren, Country “Kinzua Country 104.3” WKNB Clarendon, and “News Talk 96.7” 1310 WNAE/96.7 W244DY Warren. No terms were disclosed. A $1 million sale to Laurel Media in February 2017 never closed.
The Warren area is served on the television side by stations in Erie, where Lilly sees potential synergies between their ownership of WICU and WSEE which hold the CBS, NBC, and CW network affiliations in the market.

WRRN-FM: 92 Gold Greatest Hits
