Donald Stewart Davenport’s Port Broadcasting is divesting 107.1 WLGF Gulfport/Biloxi MS to Educational Media Foundation for $362,000. Davenport purchased WLGF (then WXYK) from Alpha Media for $300,000 in December 2018 as part of that cluster’s sale to Telesouth Communications. The station began airing EMF’s “K-Love” network in March upon the closing of the sale.

Tom Gay’s Little River Radio Company sells Classic Country 102.7 KJNA-FM Jena LA to Kim Cloessner’s Cloessner News & Broadcasting for $275,000. Cloessner and her husband Dan own the local Catahoula News Booster newspaper and she serves as Publisher and Editor.
