Saga Communications purchases 106.9 W295BL Manchester NH from Jeffery Shapiro’s Basic Holdings for $200,000. The sale filing indicates W295BL will air the programming of Classic Country “103.1 The Outlaw” W276BJ Concord fed via 95.7 WZID-HD3 Manchester.
Red Rock Radio Group is assigning 99.1 K256CA Navajo Mt./Lake Powell UT to Legacy Preservation Foundation’s Mountain Media LLC for no consideration.
Steven Greeley will acquire 94.3 K232EI Lake Havasu City AZ from Edgewater Broadcastinig for $39,100. The translator already rebroadcasts Greeley’s Sports 980 KNTR Lake Havasu City.
Great Plains Christian Media buys 88.3 K202BY Enid OK from Family Stations for $10,000. The translator will rebroadcast the buyer’s Christian 99.1 KJIL Copeland KS.

Nicolet Broadcasting sells its Sturgeon Bay WI properties to Bryan Mazur’s Mazur Properties for $1.5 million. The stations included are: Soft AC 96.7 WBDK Algoma, Variety Hits 102.1 WRKU Forestville, Country 104.1 WRLU Algoma, and Classic Country 105.1 WSBW Ephraim/103.3 W277BK Sturgeon Bay.
Greeley Broadcasting Company is acquiring 1580 KFCS Colorado Springs CO from the bankruptcy receiver of Gabrielle Broadcasting II for $85,000. The station joined the buyer’s Regional Mexican “Tigre” network along with 94.7 KRYE Beulah/Pueblo, 103.1 K276GG Colorado Springs and two stations in the Fort Collins market.
After moving its programming to the internet in July, Trine University is selling 88.3 WEAX Angola IN to STAR Educational Media Network for $40,000. The buyer owns the regional “Star 88.3” Christian AC network based at 88.3 WLAB Fort Wayne IN.
