iHeartMedia has appointed JT Bosch as SVP/Programming for its Greensboro NC cluster and Program Director of Rock “105.7 Man Up” WVBZ Clemmons.
Bosch comes to Greensboro from Charlotte where he served as APD/MD/afternoon host at Country “96.9 The Kat” WKKT. He also held a similar role at 98.7 WMZQ Washington DC and served as VP/Programming for iHeartMedia Austin and Regional Program Manager for Harrisburg, Lancaster, Allentown and Williamsport PA.
He fills half of the position held by Chris Edge until his recent departure.
iHeartMedia announced today that JT Bosch has been named Senior Vice President of Programming for the Greensboro market, October 14. iHeartMedia Greensboro has a strong cross-platform presence and includes a number of iconic brands and franchises — both broadcast and digital — encompassing more than four stations comprised of music, talk and news formats.
iHeartMedia has the leading consumer reach and influence across multiple platforms and delivers more live programming than any other media company. As Senior Vice President of Programming, Bosch will oversee all on-air content as well as music and digital programming operations for iHeartMedia Greensboro’s stations. In addition, Bosch will also serve as Program Director for Rock brand, 105.7 MAN UP!. He will report to Kellie Holeman, Market President for iHeartMedia Greensboro and Chadwick, “A.J.” Hausknecht, Region Senior Vice President of Programming for iHeartMedia Virginia-Carolina region.

Bosch has over 20 years of radio industry experience and has been a valued team member of iHeartMedia since March 2001. He most recently served as the assistant program director, music director and afternoon show host for 96.9 The Kat in Charlotte. Prior to his time in Charlotte, JT served as assistant program director, music director and on-air talent for 98.7 WMZQ in Washington D.C. He also served as the vice president of programming for iHeartMedia Austin as well as regional program manager for iHeartMedia Harrisburg.
