Salem Media Group has sold another piece of its Orlando FL cluster as Sam Rogatinsky’s Orlando Radio Marketing Inc. will purchase Business/Talk 1520 WBZW Apopka and the Construction Permit for 100.7 W264DU Apopka for $185,000.
Rogatinsky owns Brokered Haitian 1340 WPBR Lantana/West Palm Beach and 1590 WTPA St. Petersburg Beach. He also bought and sold three stations in Panama City FL over the past year. WBZW is the second station sold by Salem in Orlando this year following the $900,000 divestiture of 660 WORL (now WDYZ) Altamonte Springs/105.5 W288CJ Oviedo to JVC Media. Salem retains Conservative Talk “The Answer” 950 WORL (was WTLN)/94.9 W235CR Orlando and Christian Preaching “The Word” 990 WTLN (was WDYZ)/101.5 W268CT Orlando.
