iHeartMedia CHR “G105” WDCG Durham/Raleigh NC has announced the addition of Danny Meyers as co-host of the morning “Showgram”.
Meyers takes the slot previously held by Bob Dumas from 1992 until his departure at the end of August 2019. He comes to Raleigh after spending the last two years as PD/morning host at Rhythmic AC “Movin 107.7” WMOV-FM Norfolk VA. Meyers is best known for his fourteen years in mornings at Mel Wheeler CHR “K92” WXLK-FM Roanoke VA and has also hosted mornings at Hot AC “Mix 95.7” WMWX Philadelphia, nights at 95.5 WPLJ New York and was APD/MD/night host at Rhythmic AC “Star 93.7” WQSX Boston.
Meyers joins incumbent co-host Erica DeLong and producers Benjamin Harris and Ashleyh Yemi’a on the rebranded “Showgram with Erica and Danny”.
G105, Raleigh’s #1 Hit Music Station, announced today that Danny Meyers will join “The Showgram” as a new on-air host, effective immediately.
“The Showgram” is a highly-interactive and socially-engaging morning show and is described by listeners as funny, relatable, and entertaining. Meyers will join Erica, Ben and Ashleyh weekday mornings from 5 a.m. to 10 a.m. Fans can follow the show on Facebook, Twitter and Instagram.

Meyers joins the Raleigh market from iHeartMedia Norfolk, where he most recently served as the morning show host on MOViN 107.7, Music That Helps You Feel Good. He also served as a morning show host for WXLK-FM in Roanoke/Lynchburg, Virginia and night host for WPLJ-FM in New York City. He began his career at WIGS-AM in Gouverneur, New York and is a graduate of Ithica College.
