After stunting as “Jubal 106.1” since August 3 to promote the move of Jubal Fresh to the station for mornings, iHeartMedia CHR “106.1 Kiss-FM” KBKS-FM Tacoma/Seattle has rebranded as “Hits 106.1“.
Amber ‘Alabama’ Cole and ‘English Evan’ Omelia join The Jubal Show after previously being part of the previous Carla Marie & Anthony morning show.
The station will feature The Jubal Show from 6-11am. KIIS-FM Los Angeles based Raph will host middays from 11am-2pm. Zann remains in afternoons from 2-7pm as does KIIS-FM based EJ from 7pm-12am.
iHeartMedia Seattle announced today the debut of the new HITS 106.1 “The New Home of the Jubal Show and Commercial Free Weekends,” effective immediately.
HITS 106.1 will broadcast the biggest Contemporary Hit Radio and Top 40 songs from some of today’s most groundbreaking artists, including Post Malone, Maroon Five, Ariana Grande, Ed Sheeran and Khalid. The station will also feature “The Jubal Show,” which will include segments like “First Date Follow Up,” “Phone Pranks on the :20’s,” “War of the Roses,” and “Dirty Little Secret.” HITS 106.1 will also be the only station in the Seattle market to air commercial free music each weekend.
