FCC Seal 2020 Federal Communications CommissionFifteen additional tentative selections for mutually-exclusive non-commercial applications from the November 2021 filing window have been chosen.

  • Community Broadcasting, Inc. application for 91.1 West Plains MO is chosen over Tony V. Hammack Ministries application for 91.1 Ash Flat AR for claiming first NCE service preference.
  • Arizona Board of Regents For Benefit of University of Arizona’s application for 91.7 Safford AZ is chosen over Advance Ministries Inc’s 91.9 Clifton AZ as being eligible for a fair distribution prference.
  • Cochise Community Radio Corporation’s 88.7 Virden NM is chosen over Advance Ministries Inc’s 88.7 Safford AZ for being eligible for a fair distribution prference.
  • Ethree Group Inc. application for 90.3 Key Colony Beach FL is selected over Vida Ministry Inc.’s 90.3 Duck Key FL for being eligible for a fair distribution preference.
  • Elijah Radio’s application for 90.9 Danville GA is selected over Keep It Moving Ministries’s 90.9 Eastman GA as it states it would provide a second NCE service to 10,364 people, while Keep It Moving Ministries provided only a map with no numbers to support its claim.
  • Torstrick Ministries, Inc. application for 88.1 Harlan KY is selected over Appalachian Educational Communication Corporation’s 88.1 Pineville KY as it would provide a first or second service to 11,702 rather the latter’s 6,043.
  • Christwood’s application for 89.5 Covington LA is chosen over New Horizon Christian Fellowship’s 89.5 Abita Springs as it is the only one claiming it would provide new first NCE service.
  • Calvary Chapel Of Westmoreland County’s application for 91.7 Mount Pleasant PA is chosen over Central Pennsylvania Christian Institute, Inc.’s application for 91.7 Greensburg PA as being eligible for a fair distribution preference.
  • Smile FM’s applications for 88.9 Litchfield MI is selected over West Central Michigan Media Ministries’s application for 88.9 Coldwater MI as it would provide first NCE service to at least 5,000 more people.
  • Minn-Iowa Christian Broadcasting, Inc.’s application for 89.5 Hutchinson MN is chosen over We Have This Hope Christian Radio, Inc.’s application for 89.5 Brownton as being eligible for a fair distribution preference.
  • Community Education, Inc.’s application for 90.5 Windsor MO is selected over Our Lady’s Peace Prayer Center, Inc.’s application 90.5 Butler for being eligible for a fair distribution preference.
  • Gallup Public Radio’s application for 91.9 Zuni Pueblo NM is selected over People to People’s application for 91.9 Ramah as Gallup claims it would provide a new first or second service to 7429 people, while People to People does not specify.
  • Missions Unlimited of Oregon’s application for 91.3 Clinton OK is chosen over Saint Eugene Church’s application for 91.3 Weatherford for claiming it is eligible for a fair distribution preference based on second service population totals.
  • Remanente Broadcasting Network’s application for 88.5 Moroni UT is selected over University of Utah’s 88.5 Soldier Summit for providing a first or second NCE service to at least 5,000 more people.
  • Spokane Public Radio’s application for 90.5 Kettle Falls WA is chosen over Colville Family Radio’s application for 90.7 Colville WA for stating it is eligible for a fair distribution preference.

The following licensees have entered into consent decrees for failing to maintain their online political files and pending license renewal applications:

  • Alexandra Communications, Inc. licensee of KTIL-FM Bay City OR
  • One Putt licensee of KJWL San Joaquin and KJFX Fresno CA
  • Pacific Telestations, LLC licensee of KUAM-FM Agana, Guam

The following licensees entered into consent decrees for failing to maintain their online public files:

  • Christian Ministries of the Valley, Inc. licensee of KBUG Big Spring TX
  • KERU-FM licensee of KERU-FM Blythe CA
  • Texas A&M University, Kingsville licensee of KTAI Kingsville TX
