Steve Clendenin’s Maryland Media One returns 106.3 WYAY Bolivia/Wilmington NC to Jeff and Christy Andrulonis’ Sweet Tea Radio LLC to pay-off the $300,128.51 due on the promissory note from the $400,000 purchase of the station in 2021. All sums accrued after May 23 from the note will be added to the $425,000 remaining on the note for the $500,000 purchase Oldies “Carolina Gold” 93.9 WGLD-FM Atlantic Beach/Myrtle Beach SC, which WYAY currently simulcasts.

Chuck Marsh’s Blue Ridge Media Partners will acquire Classic Hits “Kool 95.3” WXBX Rural Retreat, Oldies 660 WLOY/99.3 W227DS Rural Retreat, and Country 1280 WYVE/99.9 W260DI Wytheville VA from Three Rivers Media Corporation for $495,000.

M&M Broadcasters sells “Fox Sports Central Texas” 1330 KTON Cameron/93.9 K230CH Temple TX to Armor of God Catholic Radio Apostolate for $460,000. The buyer owns Catholic 106.9 KOOV Kempner/Killeen.
