James Weller Jr. and Colin Walls Sr.’s Mighty Voice Broadcasting closed on its $120,000 purchase of 102.3 WAIV Cape May NJ from Equity Communications on Friday.
With the closing, WAIV has dropped its simulcast of CHR 95.1 WAYV Atlantic City and flipped to Conservative Talk “Fine Day Radio 102.3” targeting Cape May County and southern Delaware. New WNJD call letters will take effect on October 10.
The station’s lineup features local shows hosted by co-owner Jim Weller from 10am-12pm and Rich Quinones from 6-9pm. The remainder of the weekday programming comes mostly from Salem Media Network and Westwood One with America In The Morning from 5-6am, Hugh Hewitt from 6-9am, Chris Plante from 9-10am, Dan Bongino from 12-3pm, Sebastian Gorka 3-6pm, Ben Shapiro 9-10pm, Matt Walsh 10-11pm, Dennis Prager 11pm-2am, Eric Metaxes 2-4am, and Armed American Radio Daily from 4-5am.
