After flipping to Sports “Fox Sports 94.7” WAAW Williston SC/Augusta GA via LMA in July 2023, Frank Neely’s Wisdom LLC has returned the station to its former Gospel “Shout 94.7” identity.
WAAW’s former Sports format had been operated via LMA by by Tony Gray’s Gray Radio LLC. The move brings back the Gospel format that originally debuted in 2002 following Neely’s purchase of the station from R&B legend James Brown.
