Chelan Valley Media Group is selling News/Talk 1230 KOZI Chelan, Full Service AC 93.5 KOZI-FM Chelan/103.1 K276CY Masnson, and “Z Country 94.7” KZAL Manson WA to AudioSphere LLC for $600,000 with $400,000 in the form of a promissory note due in January 2028. The buyer is 80% held by Scott Twyford’s Onyxx Investment Group and 20% by Jeremy Weikert’s R35 Media LLC. Chelan Valley Media Group had purchased the cluster in 2021 for $597,000.
Seven Mountains Media sells 590 WARM/101.7 W269CF Scranton PA to GEOS Communications for $100,000. WARM resumed operations in late May simulcasting GEOS Classic Hits network “Gem 99 & 100” heard on three AMs and six translators in northeastern Pennsylania.

GEOS Communications will also trade 104.1 W281CQ Scranton to Bold Gold Media Group for 93.5 W228CN Clarks Summit. As part of the deal GEOS will program the HD2 and HD4 of Bold Gold’s 104.9 WWRR Scranton for eight years. Bold Gold already utilizes W281CQ to rebroadcast Oldies “The Mothership” 1400 WICK Scranton, which is also on W228CN.
After beginning to operate Salem Media Group’s 102.9 W275BJ Greenville SC as Spanish CHR “Kaliente 102.9” at the start of May, Norsan Media will acquire the translator for $325,000. W275BJ is fed by Audacy’s 101.1 WROQ-HD2 Anderson.
Joshua Eversole’s Boomer 104 LLC acquires Silent 106.3 K292GH Hamilton MT from Shiela Callahan & Friends for $10. The translator will rebroadcast 97.9 KDXT-HD3 Lolo/Missoula. The buyer previously operated the translator as Oldies “Boomer 106.3“.
