Cumulus Media Adult R&B “92Q” WQQK Goodlettsville/Nashville TN launched a revamped morning show last week.

The “615 Wake Up” featuring Sean Good, Sissy Brown and ‘Khristal Witta Eye’ Majors succeeds the “Kenny Smoov Morning Show” as Smoov moves off mornings after seven years. Smoov, who also serves as VP/Urban Programming for Cumulus Media, had anchored mornings since October 2018.

Sean Good has been part of the morning show since returning to the station in March 2021 as Executive Producer and also tracked nights. He originally began his radio career at the station from 2012 to 2017 first as an intern and later co-hosting “Gospel Inspirations” before spending time at SiriusXM as producer and co-host of Bebe Winans’ show.

Brown, a former Tennessee Titans cheerleader and choreographer, has been with the station’s morning show since Smoov replaced Tom Joyner’s syndicated show in 2018 and also hosts middays at WQQK. Majors is a Nashville based comedian and has worked at a few internet stations.

Smoov continues in his programming roles at the station and Cumulus corporate.
