K-Love Inc. has agreed to purchase El Dorado Broadcasters’ two FMs in Yuma AZ.
K-Love will purchase Country 95.1 KTTI and Classic Hits “100.9 The River” KQSR Yuma for $375,000. The acquisition will mark the entrance of K-Love into the market. El Dorado will retain Conservative Talk 560 KBLU Yuma and its six station cluster in Victorville CA.
The two stations ranked #1 and #2 in the Yuma market with KTTI holding a 21.5 share and KQSR a 15.0 share in the Spring 2025 Eastlan ratings. The deal will leave MonsterMedia Hot AC “Z93.1” KLJZ as the only commercial English language station in the Yuma market.

Another nail in the coffin for the retaining of any mass market appeal for terrestrial radio. Sad for Yuma; sad for radio.
What about 1400 AM KCYK? I think the same station group owns this station and they play classic country on this so would that station be a second English language station in the market then?
The story said “commercial FM”. KCYK is an AM.
KCKY AM is owned by Monster Media, and is a sister station to KLJZ FM
