Audacy CHR 98.5 KLUC Las Vegas morning host Mikalah Gordon has moved to middays, while also returning to mornings at the company’s LGBTQ+ “Channel Q“.
Gordon joined KLUC as morning co-host in April 2024 and has been hosting the daypart solo since the departure of Chet Buchanan in February. A singer and comedian, Gordon previously co-hosted mornings on “Channel Q” from its launch in 2018 until the end of 2022.
Gordon shared on Instagram, “I helped launch Channel Q back in 2018 as part of the morning show in Los Angeles, so this feels less like a new chapter and more like a homecoming. I never wanted to be famous. I just wanted a platform where I could make a small difference. The world needs more love and laughter right now—and honestly, so do I. Thank you to my @audacy family for always letting me show up exactly as myself, so I can encourage others to do the same. That’s a gift I never take for granted.”
KLUC has not yet announced plans for mornings.
